Today is Eileen's Birthday, hope it is a happy one.
We went out for dinner on Saturday nite for her birthday at Cheddars. It was really fun. Or at least I had a good time. I know next time I go to Cheddars to order the Monte Cristo, and not the Shrimp. They were a little spicy for me. But Patrick liked them even as left overs.
